The terms on which we sell our treats and provide our services.

Ordering
By placing an order you confirm the details you give are accurate. A contract is formed once we confirm your order. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, if a product is unavailable or priced in error.
Our products
Our treats are complementary pet foods, not a substitute for a balanced diet or veterinary advice. Always check suitability for your individual pet, introduce new treats gradually, and supervise your pet while they enjoy them. Fresh water should always be available.
Delivery
We post across the UK. Delivery costs and free-delivery thresholds are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch promptly but cannot guarantee courier timescales.
Returns & refunds
For food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened consumable products unless they are faulty or not as described. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we’ll put it right with a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Pet care services
Pet sitting and dog walking are offered subject to availability and a prior arrangement. Specific terms (visits, dates, payment and cancellation) are agreed with you directly before any service begins.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services purchased.
